InSite is a free self-service application which will allow registered users access to real-time information over the internet via a secure portal. Registered users have access to only the information related to their patients. There are interactive options which allow submission of specific types of information to Cahaba along with obtaining a confirmation of receipt.
InSite is available 24/7 with limited exceptions during update periods and regular maintenance (these are usually in the evenings and on weekends).
