Cahaba has Comparative Billing Reports available for home health and hospice providers to purchase. The purchase price for each report or graph is $20.00, which covers the cost of production and shipping. Reports available for you to request
The Comparative Billing Reports compare your facility to your state and to the total claims processed by Cahaba for specific dates of service.
- Home health agencies may request a Utilization Graph and a Utilization Report that groups data by 2-position revenue codes for six primary services for types of bills 32x and 33x combined.
- Hospice facilities may request a Utilization Report which groups data by 3-position revenue code for types of bills 81x and 82x combined, and a Number of Days/Hours Graph which includes the overall length of stay per beneficiary and utilization by 3-position revenue codes for types of bills 81x and 82x combined.
