Cahaba provides free Microsoft Windows based claims submission software
for those not using a vendor's software program to batch your electronic
claims for submission of your Medicare claims.
Free Cahaba File Transfer Software
Cahaba offers and supports the software called PC-Ace Pro32 v. 2.22, which allows you to electronically submit Medicare claims. PC-Ace Pro32 includes a resubmission feature allowing you to resend a single claim or a batch of claims. PC-Ace does not communicate with other management software.
Free Cahaba Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) Print Software
Cahaba provides free Microsoft Windows based ERA print software for all providers receiving electronic remittance advices (ERAs) from Cahaba. PCPrint software makes it easy to view and print your Medicare Part A ERA.
Additional Software
Use the Prepare Retransmission Utility freeware utility to change an indicator in your HIPAA 4010A1 file to allow you to resubmit the file after correcting errors. Please note, this is a free utility software for your use as-is and is not supported by Cahaba.
Enterprise Data Center Logon Instructions
