Georgia Medicare Part B Introduces PC-ACE Pro 32

PC-ACE Pro32 is the HIPAA-compliant software package Georgia Medicare Part B is using to replace the AECHO and ACE software. PC-ACE is Windows T-based, and can be used as either a stand-alone software package (where claims can be entered directly into the software) or as a file conversion utility (where claim files created by an upstream office management system can be converted to the ANSI 4010A1 format). Since the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) currently does not allow Medicare information to be sent over the Internet to or from a Carrier a dial-up modem is required.
