Cahaba GBA processes Medicare Part B Claims for the states of Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Cahaba GBA Provider Contact Centers are located in Birmingham, Alabama and Savannah, Georgia.
Customer Service Representatives are available from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm in your time zone.
The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System is available to providers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with allowances for normal claims processing and system mainframe availability as well as normal IVR and system maintenance.
