Standardization of Part A Local Coverage Determinations
Standardization of Cahaba GBA, LLC (Cahaba) Part A LCDs has been completed. This includes title and format changes made in the ‘Indications and Limitations’, ‘Documentation Requirements’ and ‘Utilization Guidelines’ sections.
Notification of the LCD standardization was posted on the ‘What’s New’ Section of Cahaba’s web site on April 29, 2008.
