Self-Administered Drug List Update

The consolidated Cahaba “Self-Administered” Drug List has been updated. This update applies to Alabama Medicare Part A and B, and Georgia and Mississippi Medicare Part B.

Notice of Non-Coverage for this update is effective April 1, 2008.
Effective date of Non-Coverage for this update is May 16, 2008.
