LCD – FI – Erythropoietin Analogues - Clarification

The Local Coverage Determination (LCD) for Erythropoietin Analogues (L20432) has been updated.

Language in the “Pre-operative Use” section has been further clarified.

Providers are encouraged to review this clarification to ensure compliance, effective April 1, 2008.
