Cahaba is Conducting a Provider Satisfaction Survey

Beginning in February of 2008, Cahaba will be sending Provider Satisfaction surveys to randomly selected Medicare physicians, providers, and suppliers billing the Medicare program whom we show have had recent interaction with us. This ‘interaction’ could have occurred as a result of filing a claim, having an adjustment completed, contacting Customer Service, submitting an appeal, having an audit performed, etc.

By letting us know how we recently served you, we at Cahaba can improve our service quality which will help not only providers, but Medicare beneficiaries as well. We know that your time is valuable and we greatly appreciate your willingness to participate in this important survey./p>

If you should be selected and receive a survey in the mail, we ask that you complete it and return it in the enclosed self-addressed stamped envelope, or send it via fax to 205-733-7308.

This survey is not done in conjunction with CMS nor is it related to the yearly Medicare Contractor Provider Satisfaction Survey (MCPSS).
