The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system requires you enter your patient’s name during the beneficiary name validation process. This tool will assist your staff by converting the patient’s name to the corresponding numbers on your telephone. Simply type the beneficiary’s first initial and the first 6 letters of their last name, press the convert button and the name will be converted to the number that is required by the IVR.
