Cahaba Government Benefit Administrators, LLC ® (Cahaba GBA) has been a Medicare contractor for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) since the inception of the program in 1966.
Cahaba GBA was awarded the Jurisdiction10 A/B MAC contract on January 7, 2009 from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This contract gives Cahaba GBA the responsibility for the administration of all Part A and Part B claims in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee.
Cahaba GBA processes claims for the following states/regions:

- Religious Non-medical Health Care Institutions (RNHCIs)
- Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs)
- Limited Purpose Insurance Companies (LPICs)

Regional Home Health Intermediary (RHHI)—Home Health & Hospice
